Agreement
By accessing pavex.co or engaging Pavex Inc. ("Pavex") for paving services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services & Estimates
Quotes provided by Pavex are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted to reflect site conditions discovered during work, scope changes requested by the client, or material cost fluctuations. All work is performed under California Contractor's License #1126426.
Scheduling & Weather
Project timelines are approximate and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. Pavex will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain agreed schedules and will communicate any delays promptly.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in each individual contract or work order. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law.
Warranty
Pavex warrants workmanship as described in your individual project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, ground movement, water intrusion outside the project scope, or modifications by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pavex's liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All website content - including logos, text, photography, and design - is the property of Pavex Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
